Apps Problems Lumia 625 Windows 8.1
I was having problems downloading apps onto my phone so I went through the procedure of backing up my phone, then resetting my phone so that I would be able to get the apps that were not working and be able to download new apps.
What I have found is that some of the apps are now not there, they have gone. Apps such as Here Drive +, Here Maps, Nokia Smart Cam and Google Chrome to name but a few.
I also found that despite backing up my photos, these have gone as well. Thankfully I backed them up on my hard drive as well.
I have looked on my phone for the apps listed above but these are not showing up on my phone but have looked for the Here Drive + app on my computer and it is there.
Have you any idea as to how I am able to get these apps back onto my phone as they were very good when out and about.
