I have a brand new ATT Nokia Lumia 830 running Denim. I received a reminder alert that I had not backed up in 3 weeks, so when I ran backup of apps + settings, it goes 97% complete and then tells me "There was a problem backing up your settings. Try again later." I've tried many times but always with the same message. Its not a connection issue. The message gives me no idea why there is a problem.
Is there a solution to this?
On the Microsoft Community site, someone posted this is a backup service problem at MS. Anyone having this problem?
