Are there any good modern music editing tools?

I just need a basic one to trim a .mp3 so I can make it my ringtone. Does anyone know of one? I'd prefer a modern app since they're on my Surface Pro.

I'm not aware of any. I use Audacity for desktop Windows. Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder
