Are there for a device with a 5 inch screen?

HTC Eternity (AKA Titan) will supposedly have a 4.7 inch screen. It will be officially announced tomorrow. Nothing with a bigger screen than that AFAIK.

Yes there are a lot of devices with that screen and end even bigger!

But they aren't smartphones, thay are tablets.

Dell Streak. Unfortunately its Android. God id love a 5" inch screen myself. The Titan is for at&t. So if your with tmo your out of luck. What really sucks is windows phones are being treated like a step child. HTC announces the titan and turns around and announces the exact same phone for Android with better features. More ram, 32gb memory card and beats sound systems with beats headphones included.
