Are these features supported in W10M?

Hi,
I'm a Windows Phone 8.1 user, and I can't wait to upgrade to W10M when it's available. However, I'm not ready to install insider builds on my only WP device.
I'm following W10M news, development, and features, but sometimes there are these little things that no one talks about, and I want to know if they're available on W10M, or not yet, or never will be.

So, I want to ask current W10M users if these features are supported:

1. Vibrating WHILE Ringing. (Vibrating and ringing at the same time) [Supported]
2. Advanced Configuration of network settings (Like Subnet Mask, DNS, Default Gateway,, etc.) This feature "used to" be on WP8.1 btw. [Supported]

Maybe we could extend this list, and use this thread as a way for WP8.1 users to ask W10M users about features they care about.

1. Yes the phone vibrates while its ringing.
2. All these settings are present in "settings > Network and wireless > Wifi > static IP".

Hi Shahmeer, regarding 1st point, does it vibrate continuously while it's ringing? On wp8.1 it does only in the first ring...!
