Yeah! I also have owned the 640XL since December 22 2015...except for USB OTG and Continuum on the 950XL I don't really see it that superior to my 640XL. I also love it's build quality.

Lasts an entire day, no matter how you use it...except if you play asphalt 8 or the like.
Then it lasts around 5 hours

Love my Lumia 640 XL as well. I bought it around August. I installed the preview build 10.010586.71 last night & it's running great. People at work either have the Galaxy 6 or the iPhone 6 Plus & I am finding out WP10 is more user friendly in the work place. And while Windows might have a smaller app store, so far they have everything I need.

I don't need an "i" in front of the phone name to enjoy a great quality phone.

Interesting, my 950XL lasts all day. I strategically placed QI chargers at home and in my office, but hardly ever need to use them.

Between 5 and 8 depends on usage and that was on windows 8.1 update 2 it's a bit too soon to give an accurate look at battery life on wp10 insider.

Am I the exception here? I only charge my 640XL every 2nd or 3rd night. Most of the time I still have over 50% by the end of day 2...attached screenshots with battery info and OS version. (8.1)

I am generally the same way as you and I have found I can be on -20% battery for a hell of a long time yes I have to say the battery life is super impressive.

I think I hadn't been able to use a cell Phone for two days without having to charge it up since 2005... I originally purchased it as a secondary Phone (unbeatable Price), and now I just can't leave it. I was scared of leaving the android safe zone, but so far, so good... Let's ser how I adjust.

I own a 640xl too, and I find it great, thought office and other app, productivity is far better than high end ios or Android phone. It's battery also last for whole day with data switched on 24*7
