Are you having issues with Instagram on W10M?

For those of you who like me are still rocking a W10M phone and use Instagram, have you experienced any issues over the past couple of days in regards to messages syncing. When I message with someone I have to constantly refresh the feed because new messages aren't coming through automatically.
