That Lenovo looks killer. Earlier this year I attempted to purchase an 11" Miix 2, but they messed up the order and cancelled it. I ended up with an Acer Aspire Switch 11. (very nice for the price).

Depending upon what Apple does re:iPad Pro and Microsoft does re:Surface 4/Pro 4, this Lenovo is on the list. (with the new Dell XPS 13 a close 2nd).

yeah...this is what is causing some mild confusion or consternation - which one to get? My thoughts are that if i can afford a SP 4 out of the box, then go for the 4, if not, then it will be a toss up between the Miix and the SP 3 and while i like the build and look of the SP 3, the Miix has certainly got my attention.

There are very few cases where a copy is better than the original. And a copy of last year's model no less. Not for me.

My first choice at the moment is the HP Spectre x2 but since the base model isn't offered in Australia and the cheapest model in the range in Australia is around $1600, I'm waiting to see how much the Miix 700 retails for. If I can get the absolute base model for under AUD $1200, it'll be the 2-in-1 I choose
