Aren't DIALER and ALARMS menu still swipeable/gesture based

I'm not a tech previewer, so I'd like to know if in the current build are the dialer and the alarms menu swipe enabled, or the only mean of navigation is by pressing the upper tabs.
I can stand hamburger menus (if these could be opened by swiping from left edge) but not the uncomfortable way of making calls and looking for contact of previous builds.

In the most recent build (10080) neither of those 2 are swype-able.
But I'm pretty sure that they eventually will be.. (fingers crossed)
