arrow on main screen

I was wondering is there a way to get the arrow the shows you can scroll to the the program/app screen? I could of sworn it wasn't there yesterday.

Are you talking about the arrow that shows near the top right of the home screen that goes to the left side when you switch to the app list?

Yes that's the one. I dont remember that being there before.
