As a Band 2 user dan, is Cortana notification working on WM10?

Dan me and so many like me are experiencing the Cortana Notification issue, every notification works just the once from Cortana are not popping up on the Band. Damn it, its the Killer Feature for so many on the band and ist not working at all...please help us!!!!
