2.6~2.8 GB. If it didn't work, install it through SD card.

I think Asphalt 8 is not optimized yet for 512mb ram devices, some times the store shows the app but it gives you the error u mentioned

I had the same problem with Asphalt 7. Downloaded it via PC, copied to SD and it shows unsupported. However when I again downloaded it via wi-fi directly in my phone, it installed successfully.
Anyway, make sure of the following:
1) Have you installed the latest version? Outdated version won't be installed.
2) RAM shall not be a problem, it works fine in 512mb devices too, so check if you have the latest phone update
3) Check your time and date and make sure it's correct for your selected region
4) Make sure you're signed in with the same ID with which you've downloaded the game
5) Restart your phone with the above changed and try again

Hey guys, i have LUMIA 520 and Asphalt 8 works fine,
To download this game,
1.you need about 2.8 to 3 GB free space in your phone!
2.you need WiFi to download
After installing, the game will become 1.4 GB.
Free up some space for downloading this game, you may download other files later that you've deleted to gain space!

I was looking for this, thanks guys. I have the same problem with my Lumia820. I had only 1,5GB free of space.
But I will do not uninstall the other app?s for only a game - yes, you hear right, maybe I grow up

Your phone requires 2gb space for cache so clear around 4gb space and install

I wanted Asphalt 8, and downloaded it for manual install. I have 1.67 GB free space. But it won't install. And now I just stopped trying it because of the same reason, just for one single game, I am not compromised to delete my all other precious Apps. :wink:

And there goes my 820 MB data in the bin.

I download both dh4 and asphalt 8 from my pc. Just make sure you have loged in to your ms account in store
