Nope. But you can get the official builds today via Windows Insider's Release Preview ring.

??? 920 is not on the eligible list: Phones Eligible for Windows 10 Mobile Official.

No mention of the 640 or 640XL which are on the list and ATT offered?

She only said 920 and 830. I have an 830 and was asking about that specifically. I did think that too, I did not remember the 920 being on the original list.
