Hey does anyone know if the anniversary update is coming to the att 1520? The phone says that it is up to date even though update has been released.

Carrier locked phones are getting it in a separate update.

I thought with win10 OS updates no longer require carrier approval.

Some Carriers must "check" radio and data code subs. That's policy iussue. Other carriers doesn't delay o.s., only firmwares (more logic)
