AT&T Lumia 1520 won't send/receive texts after upgrade to Windows 10

I just upgraded my wife's lumia 1520 on AT&T to the production build of windows 10 and now she is unable to send or receive texts. If you restart the phone it the queued up messages will send/receive but as soon as you type a new one, it doesn't send. I've done a reset on the phone and it worked initially, but now it's not working again. Anyone else experience this after upgrading your 1520? This is production build, not insider rings.

I had this issue a few months ago with my 1520, but a hard reset fixed it for me. How old is your sim card? You might want to go get a new one and see if that solves the problem. Recently, I had an issue similar to yours on my 640XL. A new sim solved the problem.
