OK - more good news...

Your local B&M AT&T Store is offering nearly the same deal. You're required to purchase a GoPhone refill of $25 or more but the $20 is an Instant Rebate and the final price of the phone is .99 cents more than Target or $59.99. The plus is the AT&T instant rebate offer is good through September 24th whereas Target said their promotion ends Saturday August 22nd.

Windows phone prices drop drastically and in short time. I bet in another month or so the 640 will be selling for $49. Still a great deal at $69 and $79.

I bought a 640 yesterday from Best Buy. I had $36 remaining on a gift card plus I had a $25 Best Buy Rewards certificate. The deal couldn't have been any better in my book. Already have the 640 XL, but I find that the 640's size is much easier to manage over it's larger sibling.
