AT&T...Slow shipping

We ordered two HTC Titans from AT&T on two new lines on Saturday and they have yet to ship. The operator said that we should receive them by the end of next week, which would be a full two weeks.

That is sloooooowwww service for activation of two new lines.

Anyone else having this issue?

There were a ton of orders placed that day, and they actually ran out. You probably are on the backorder list. Two weeks isn't all that much for a device that is in high demand. I pre-ordered an iPhone 4S for my wife the day pre-orders opened, and she still had to wait two weeks AFTER launch, for a total of 3 or 4 weeks.

I wonder what the shipping priority was. I know there were a few people that have Premier accounts like I do that ordered before I did. Yet mine shipped right away, and theirs didn't.

I have been a customer of AT&T since even before Cingular bought them. So I don't know if that makes any difference or not.

I also have a total of 5 lines.
