AT&T startup screen

so i know there has to be a way to do this. i mean it is a image that is written in code in the bios somewhere. what i am talking about is the at&t logo screen the is prompted when you turn on the phone... well at&t has not done anything to special for me to want to see their logo every time i turn on my phone. so the question is how can i insert my own image so my 1520 is my own 1520... any one able to shed some light on the subject
