I have a problem, during the installation of Windows 8.1 from the flash drive, the partition (3) was deleted, probably where the diagnostic program was. After the installation of the system was completed, a reboot was performed. During startup, the boot stops at the DELL logo, when I try to re-enable the installation from the pen, it's the same, it stops at the logo. Is there any way to restore a disk image? maybe through bios recovery?
