Hi guys, I apologise if this has been asked elsewhere, I could not see.

I'm from Australia, however, I'm visiting USA in a few days and I thought that since the price of the 920 here is almost double what AT&T are selling it for I thought buying it there would be a better option.

My query is; if the 920 is locked to AT&T is there a process to get it network unlocked and how much does that generally cost?

Also, what are the supported frequencies?

Cheers,

Bennogf.

well, based on what I've learned from this forum, yes, 920 is locked to AT&T and you'll have to wait for about 6 months to unlock it by calling AT&T

Yeah the AT&T one is locked and will likely stay that way for some time if not forever, your best bet would be getting one from Roger's which is unlocked.
