AT&T_Blocked and Samsung i937_blocked

When I go into Settings --> about, I see

Carrier: AT&T_Blocked
Model: Samsung i937_blocked

Does anyone know what that mean? This just showed up yesterday...This is an unlocked phone and it can make and receive calls with another carrier.

My guess is that the phone can't show another carrier and says blocked to mean it's on another carrier

Are you using an unlocked AT&T phone outside of the United States?

It's probably because your device is unlocked.
