Does the lumia drive those monsters easily?
I want to buy them for my lumia 920 and was worried if the phone could drive them.

Does anyone know what DAC the 928 has? I'm assuming its whatever is built into the Qualcomm chip. It seems like the amp they used is pretty weak, or the output is limited by software, because there isn't a whole lot of volume output. I'm not even using any big cans, just some Koss Porta Pros. My Galaxy S4 that I have through work is much louder, but also more harsh sounding.

Nice, those are great headphones! I just got the Sennheiser HD 598, and it does work great with my 928. Sound output could be a little bit stronger (can tell that the 928 can't easily drive these types of headphones), but volume is plenty loud for me at about 17 or 18. Quality is great though, don't feel like I'm using a cheap-o mp3 player.
