Saw it in 2 att stores today. Bought one from each store because the first only had 1 left out of the 16 they ordered.

If there's a Microsoft Store near you, they sell the phone, and you get the grip and a $50 gift card for free (even without a contract). The phone will cost $699 outright and $299 on contract if you go through them.
