audio completely stops

Hello,
i'm an happy owner of a lumia 1520. unfortunately i discovered that randomly (more or less once per week) the phone audio service / device completely stops, i cannot hear calls, xbox music or other players fail to play files and so on. xbox music reports error 8007045D.

i have to restart the device to solve the issue.

am i the only one experiencing such kind of problem?

same problem with my RM-937 HK u.u

When it happens just remove and reconnect the headphones....for me
