Audio driver issue in my upgraded win 10

I recently upgraded my win 7 to 10 but my pc is old . I had sound driver issue in win 7 but ignored it and upgraded to win 10 but still having the problem of "NO AUDIO OUTPUT DEVICES INSTALLED". I tried bunch of youtube videos but of no use. Someone help me please..

If the motherboard maker has no driver, then you're probably out of luck. Purchase a £15/£20 sound card and you're working again. Other than that, a motherboard make and model might help someone help you.
