Audio not workig after installing windows 10

I just upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7, I have a ASUS G75vw.
Well i guess to sum it up as soon as I updated the software my audio and video playback doesn't work anymore. For example iTunes tells me "iTunes has detected a problem with your audio configuration, Audio/Video playback might not function"
I'm not sure where to get new drivers or if that's even the problem but that's what I'm leaning towards.

It's insanely annoying and I don't know how to fix it, any ideas??

I've seen a few people have this happen to them, and it's usually been fixed by uninstalling your audio drivers, then reinstalling them.
