Auto Rotate

I got the new update on my Nokia a week ago... since then my phone will not auto rotate my pictures, videos, internet, etc. How do I change this? Everything that is a horizontal picture I have to look at it vertically.

That's weird... Try this:
Hold down volume down button and power for approximately 10 seconds until phone shuts completely. Then release it. Let it turn on. It'll soft reset your phone. You wont loose any data.

If it doesn't work, reset your phone from settings... In worse case even if it doesn't, there must be a hardware problem, show it to service center.

I don't think its a hardware problem because it was working fine before (from what he posted), try that soft reset.

I had the the exact issue. The auto-rotate used to work for me before the update but later I observed that it had stopped working.

I did a soft reset like suggested here and it started to work now :smile:

i have the same problem... i've tried soft reset and hard reset, but nothing change... the nokia support team also not much of a help....
