Auto Upload Photos Using Wifi Only

Used to be a setting where I can choose whether to auto upload my photos into OneDrive using Wifi only (Best Quality)
It's now gone? If it hasn't how do I enable it? As mobile data is quite limited for me.

onedrive app, Settings, Camera upload, slide option "Upload on metered connections" to off.

Yup, metered connections is data. It's generally accepted that wifi is pretty much unlimited compared to data plans can start at like 100mb
