I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to send my phone in for repair. Since microsoft has B2X to do the service. ok. But................
it's the worst support ever. I got the wrong shipping label and their support employees don't have any knowleagde of my problem. One support chat says something different than the other.. and that's half the story. (I don't feel like typing the rest because it pisses me off so much)
Meanwhile microsoft sticks it head into the sand telling me to complain to B2X. but B2X has also not helped my with my complains. So no support from both companies.
Anybody got similair stories with B2X? And should i take legal steps against B2X? I am afraid if this goes on my phone doesn't have warranty anymore.
