Hi, I don't know whether any of u have same problem as me.
I have my mother's Lumia 920. I forgot her primary email password (and she is too), which gave me a headache. I can't download/update apps, back-up contacts.
I have tried to recover her email password but still no luck as it requires to match every single fields.
I plan to hard reset the device and change with her new email, but what about the contacts?
Does anyone can help me how to back-up her contacts maybe using software on PC?
