What is the best way to restore a back up to a new phone?. In the past i have put in SD card first and got some message saying delete app or save to phone, normally i choose save to SD card. But I noticed when you change over it doesn't give you option to save to SD card, or deletes some apps. Should i do all phone updates first then restore from cloud apps/settings? ... should i store all Apps to SD card on old phone as a second back up?. or no need?. Basically what's the best way? perhaps i will do phone updates prior to restoring. Thanks.
1. pop in SD card turn on phone that's when i get the message
2. sign in and find restore from cloud, restore few times i didn't fully restore.
3. downloaded the other Apps that didn't restore.
