Background Downloading still sucks in Wp8.1

there was a bug reported by UCbrowser developers background downloading API'S in windows 8.1

Now edge supports background downloading. It means they fixed the bug in Windows10 which will take another 4-5 months to RTM. They could have fixed it in Windows8.1 itself? Don't u think that

Not sure what you mean but we are not Microsoft or developers so we can not give what we do not have.
But background downloading in w8.1 happens already with for example OS updates and app updates and also background uploads like apps+settings upload and picture uploads to OneDrive.
