Background picture app?

Does anyone know if there is a background app the will rotate the background image from a bunch if images in the background folder?

Like the lockscreen? Or the Start Screen picture?
If you mean lockscreen, then lockmix is a good one, or lock screen manager(IIRC that's what it's called)
Not sure about start screen though, so I'll bump in case there is.
