Background tasks and app settings?

In settings, I can no longer find the background tasks/app settings. Anyone knows where that went?
I know that they increased the number of apps running in background, but I still would like to be able to monitor them, etc...

This and the fact that all games are in the app list are my only huge problems with 8.1, otherwise it's just brilliant.

Now part of the battery sense settings. Underneath each app you will see allowed/not allowed according to its current background status. Click on the app name and you can change it.

It isn't removed, just go to battery sense.
