Backing up photo's to Google+

In the last 18 months, I've used Google+ to auto-upload all my mobile photo's and manually upload all the photos I've taken with my SLR.

Is there a way to auto-upload, or even manually upload, photo's from WP8 to Google+?

Just thought I'd update this post.

Having not found a satisfactory app or way to upload photo's to G+ and consequently finding out you only get unlimited storage for photo's and videos when you upload from an iOS or Android device, I decided to look elsewhere.

Flickr; which I'd first used when I bought my SLR are now offering 1TB data for free. Although there's no official app in the store, Flickr Central by Matt Cowan is a thing of beauty - highly recommended.
