Backup contacts

Have a Lumia 928 on windows 10 insiders on Verizon, was backing up contacts using Backup Assistant Plus till yesterday with no problems, wife went to get new phone and they deactivated my phone by mistake! They had to install new sim card in my phone and reactivated it. I had to set up VoiceMail again and now I see back up assistant plus is not working message (there's been a problem please try later) I have been on with tech support 3hours and they can not figure it out and now waiting for a engineer to contact me, any one else have a problem like this or how else can contacts' be backed up?
