backup issue

my backup keep on failing after 97%, I tried to delete the old one and retired....also in vain....help me to overcome this....

it could be that the backup completed just fine and the error message is benign.
I found that my 920 kept throwing an error, but it turns out the backup functioned just fine and was present online when I checked OneDrive's backup section for it.

I was fed up and hard reset my phone anyway, backup restored just fine.
Don't know if its the same here.
