Backup not working

My 1520 apps+settings is not working.It last backed up about 3 weeks ago.Whenever im trying to backup it getting stuck at 97%.Im trying from one week.Im on DL 8.1 update 1.

I'm having the same problem, I'm going to try disabling text backup and run it again.

I followed some tips from this thread (I can't post links yet I guess, but search for member Corgi and their post, or search 'Can't back up apps and settings on my 1520').

First I deleted live lock screen and rebooted, and tried backing up again. But that didn't work. So then I changed the lock screen, unlocked the phone, and then changed the picture back to my old picture. And backup worked! Hope this helps!

Had the same problem some time ago and I did it to solve:
Deleted old backups, restart and tried again. Worked for me.

Found the solution..
Deleted my old backup, restart then first settings backup and then apps backup..
Done..
