Hi all, I have a strange question: Is it possible to backup the firmware on one lumia 620 and then use it to flash another? Here's the scenario in question:
While awaiting the amber update, I managed to download and install the Nokia Software Updater for Retail (version 3.0.8) and successfully updated my handset to firmware revision 10.30.6407.1308.004. Problem is that before doing this, I had no operator loading screen and the handset functioned a bit faster in my opinion. Now I'd like to go back to the prior version by backing up the firmware of another 620 and restoring to my device. I purchased two Lumia 620s (from Digicel my network operator) and the other handset uses firmware revision 1030.6407.1308.0002 (so essentially I just want to back up the 0002 firmware and flash it back to my device with the 0004 firmware). Is it possible and if so which software will I require?
