Backup/Restore Sticky Notes

I am trying to move sticky notes from one Windows 10 computer to another Windows 10 computer. I have tried the method shown in Windows Central - copy the plum.sqlite file from one computer to the other. I've tried this several times and it has not worked. I've even uninstalled sticky notes and reinstalled it but it has not worked yet. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
