Backup won't go beyond 97%

Hi,

I'm using a Lumia 820. I got a notification that backup hasn't been taken for a while. But whenever I try to take a backup, it never goes beyond 97%. Also the date of backup taken is not refreshed. Anyone facing this issue ?
