Bad capacitive buttons on the L830?

Does anyone feel like their Lumia 830's capacitive buttons give poor feedback? Mine barely feels like it vibrates. I turn it off anyway, but the vibration is so bad, there's only a small difference.

I'm on my fourth 830 because of the capacitive buttons. They either didn't work at all or worked randomly.
And yeah, the vibration is the same way.

Do they work well now? I have a Lumia 630 too and they work great on it, but they feel so awful on the L830.
I don't want to have it exchanged if it's like that on everyone one of them, but of course I don't want a broken device.

What I'd like to know is if it's a common problem, or just how it is. If it's like this on every Lumia 830, then there's nothing I can do, but if I can get one that works well, I'll at least try.

Update: I turned it in to the Store I bought it from. The person I talked to definitely thought they were broken. I tried all the other Lumia phones (there was no L830) and both on-screen and capacitive had the same vibration response with every click when spammed, though some phones had more vibration than others.

Go to touch set it to high
and report if it fixes up

If you're using a screen protector on the 830, you'll make this problem worse.
