Good read.

To summarize though his thought "I'm getting too old for this &%@%".

To give the man props though. He did lead them through a very difficult time. Few remember that MSFT had heavy govermnent monitoring on them for the last ten years. Not to mention the crazy Euros wanting to see MSFT dead.
