How does the band 2 cope with reading HR through arm hair? I have the band 1 and I wear it with the face out so I don't have a problem but since the HR is under the screen and I have more hair ontop of my wrist will I have a problem?
One advantage of having a diverse team develop the Microsoft Band is that we got to test it with all different levels of arm hair and skin types.
(I'm fairly hairy myself so knowing this worked was also of personal importance! )
That said, if the HR sensor is completely blocked and no light at all can get through, the Band would have problems reading HR, but I haven't ever seen an actual case of that.
