Band 2 will not reset

Band 2 worked fine for10 days was impressed so bought Lumia 950 cannot pair and have uninstalled everything from pc which now says Health app is will not run on this device... so cannot download. Meanwhile re-installed Health app on phone which must sync with cloud and shows last data synced but not new data. Band won't register cause won't pair s can't reset Band 2..avn't tied dropping brick on ityet.
