Band App thinks Bluetooth is disabled

Is nobody else having problems with th app after the last update? I can no longer sync - when attempting to the app says that Bluetooth is disabled. I have only found three other reports of this in the feedback hub.

My phone shows the Band is connected. Other apps like Band monitor are picking it up fine. It will connect and sync the first time the app is opened after a phone reset, but not again after. Uninstalling the app does not help, and can't reset the Band because then it won't connect to the phone to get the time and initial settings.
 
I was seeing this the other day. A soft reset (hold down volume and power) is all it took to get it working again.
