Band keyboard unusable after factory reset

So I had to reset my band due to blank texts problem..

After the reset I could not use the keyboard anymore. I can't even get past the tutorial and usually end on "A" for "have" and just completely hangs after that.

Anyone else with the issue?

I have done three resets with no success.
