Band not syncing with computer app or the Windows 10 app

So when I plug my band into my computer and try to sync it, both the app for Windows 7 and the new windows 10 app will not recognize it. Anyone else have this problem?

Might have to factory reset the band? or download the app on a different phone and try to connect with it
 
This is happening with several others also. The problem is we are doing this for our company's corporate Wellness. If we factory reset the band we will lose all of our data. :-( it had been syncing correctly up until this last update I believe

You mean after the latest firmware update? strange haven't seen a lot of reports concerning this.. Hope someone has a solution tho..

Best I have for you is to try and export the data?

I am having the same problem. The computer band sync will not recognize my Band. The iPhone app sync works just fine.
 
Same problem here will not sync with desk top computer but will sync with phone this has been since the last firmware up date.
 
I couldn't sync or connect with the latest Phone or PC Fast Ring builds either. Had to reset and repair.
