Band2 - the strap has split

Microsoft band 2 - bought as a gift at Christmas and the band has split. it is now unwearable. Please advise on repair.

Ask your seller for warranty assistance and/or replace

This is an unfortunate, but common, defect. If you have a Microsoft Store near you, i'd advise taking it in to them. They've been excellent about replacing Band 2's with this particular defect.
