Bandit coming preinstalled with GDR3 or 8.1?

So want do you think the software will be when released GDR3 or 8.1?

Def GDR3 I think. Simply because this looks to be 2013 device.

I was siding more to GDR3 then 8.1 would be good to have 8.1 but then that won't fit into the with the released dates.

My guess would be GDR3 because I think WP8.1 is supposed to be out early 2014

I think it is more important what these updates will bring to the table, than what they will be named.

Probably they are going to be named according to the kind of features that they will bring to the table... GDR3 should be about compatibility with new hardware (1080p, new SoC, etc...), while WP8.1 should be about new consumer features (new start screen features, better multitasking, notification center, bringing it closer to WinRT, etc...).

GDR3, otherwise they'd name it 1530, or 1540, or whatever they're choosing for 8.1 devices.
